House rules
The StuDoc is intended for individual study work, so it is a quiet study place. Therefore the use of your phone is not allowed. Sound equipment may only be used with earplugs, and in such a way that your neighbour cannot hear anything. Therefore it is also not allowed to use the StuDoc for work in projects with the need of group discussions. Food and drinks are not allowed in the StuDoc.
Staff of the ICT helpdesk will supervise the StuDoc. Instructions of the supervisor have to be followed, otherwise access to the StuDoc is denied. There is camara surveillance in the StuDoc.
PC #1 is reserved for use of the digital nautical map or for users who need a large graphical display. Priority has to be given to users of the nautical map.
It is not allowed to take material with the label "Not for loan" ("wordt niet uitgeleeend") outside the StuDoc. Other material may be borrowed after proper registration with the automated registration system.

Huisregels
Het StuDoc is bedoeld voor individueel studeren, het is dus een stille studieplek. Telefoneren is daarom niet toegestaan in het StuDoc; bovendien mag geluidsapparatuur alleen met oordopjes gebruikt worden, en op een zodanig geluidsniveau dat de buren er niets van horen. Het StuDoc mag dus ook niet gebruikt worden voor werk in projectverband waarbij onderling overleg nodig is. Eten en drinken zijn niet toegestaan in het StuDoc.
De staf van de ICT helpdesk houdt toezicht, de instructies van de toezichthouder dienen opgevolgd te worden, anders wordt toegang tot het StuDoc ontzegd. Er is bovendien cameratoezicht in het StuDoc.
PC #1 is gereserveerd voor gebruikers van de digitale zeekaart of voor gebruikers die een groot grafisch scherm nodig hebben. Prioriteit wordt gegeven aan gebruikers van de zeekaart.
Materiaal met het label "Wordt niet uitgeleend" mag het StuDoc niet verlaten. Uitleenbaar materiaal mag geleend worden na registratie via het automatische registratiesysteem.
