Directions to the Central Library - Prometheusplein 1

The Library is indicated with number 21.

By car

TU Delft’s Central Library is easy to reach by car from the A13 motorway:

  • take the Delft-Zuid exit and follow the signs to TU Delft
  • take a right onto the Schoemakerstraat
  • take your third left, this is the Christiaan Huygensweg
  • at the end, take a left onto the Mekelweg
  • next take the first left, the Van der Waalsstraat

The Library is located on the next corner. Parking is directly in front of you, on the southside of the building.

   
     

By public transportation

When using public transportation, take the train or bus to Delft railway station. The following buses depart from the station to the Library:

  • bus 121 (direction of Zoetermeer), get off at
  • Aula TU Delft
  • bus 129 (direction of Rotterdam), get off at
  • Aula TU Delft

From the Aula stop: take an immediate left onto the Chr. Huygensweg. The Library is the building on the right side of the street with a grass roof and cone.

Met de auto

De Centrale Vestiging van de Bibliotheek is met de auto gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg A13:

  • neem de afrit Delft-Zuid en volg de borden TU Delft
  • draai rechtsaf de Schoemakerstraat op
  • neem de derde weg naar links, de Christiaan Huygensweg
  • ga aan het einde daarvan linksaf de Mekelweg op
  • ga vervolgens de eerste weg naar links, de Van der Waalsstraat

De Bibliotheek bevindt zich bij de volgende hoek. Het parkeerterrein is recht voor u, aan de zuidkant van het gebouw.

   
     

Met het openbaar vervoer

Als u met het openbaar vervoer komt, neemt u de trein of bus naar Station Delft. Daar kunt u de volgende bussen naar de Bibliotheek nemen:

  • bus 121 (richting Zoetermeer), uitstappen halte
  • Aula TU Delft
  • bus 129 (richting Rotterdam), uitstappen halte
  • Aula TU Delft


Vanaf de halte Aula loopt u meteen linksaf de Chr. Huygensweg in. De Bibliotheek is het gebouw aan de rechterkant van de weg met grasdak en kegel.
