Patents
Patents are applied for to protect the applicant's rights for the exploitation of an invention. A patent must meet the following requirements:

Patenten, ook wel octrooien genoemd, worden aangevraagd om een (uit)vinding te beschermen zodat de rechten voor exploitatie bij de aanvrager blijven. Een patent moet aan de volgende eisen voldoen:
