TU Delft Library employs five account managers, each of whom serves a group of library clients both inside and outside the university.
Internal clients
Organisations, members of staff, PhD candidates and students of TU Delft can always ask the account managers at TU Delft Library for assistance.
In their positions within the TU Delft Library, Carla van den Berg, Michiel Munnik, Marina Lebedeva, Alenka Prinčič and Anke Versteeg keep in touch with developments in education, research and organisation within the university. They do this is by working closely with the faculties’ library committees. Each of the accountmanagers is dedicated to assisting one or more faculties. They ensure that the support provided by the library is responding as appropriately as possible to the needs of library users. They are often asked, for example, to assist in the provision of digital services at the user’s work location or to support educational objectives.
External clients
The account managers also assist companies and organisations outside TU Delft that need access to the university’s sources of information and expertise in technical and scientific fields by providing them with individualised information about digital products and services. Document delivery, data mining and databases containing reliable measurement data are just some of the services provided by TU Delft Library. The library can also conduct literature surveys about specific subjects or provide your staff with courses about searching for technical and scientific information.

Accountmanagement

Bij TU Delft Library werken vijf accountmanagers, die elk een groep klanten van de bibliotheek bedienen, zowel binnen de TU Delft als daarbuiten.
Intern
Organisaties, medewerkers, promovendi en studenten van de TU Delft kunnen altijd een beroep doen op de Accountmanagers van TU Delft Library.
Carla van den Berg, Michiel Munnik, Marina Lebedeva, Alenka Prinčič en Anke Versteeg houden vanuit de bibliotheek voeling met de ontwikkelingen in onderwijs, onderzoek en organisatie van de TU Delft. Zij doen dit onder meer door nauw samen te werken met de bibliotheekcommissies van de faculteiten. Ieder van hen heeft één of meerdere faculteiten onder zijn of haar hoede. Als accountmanagers zorgen zij ervoor dat de ondersteuning vanuit de bibliotheek zo goed mogelijk aansluit op de wensen van bibliotheekgebruikers. U kunt daarbij vooral denken aan digitale diensten op de werkplek of ondersteuning van het onderwijs.

Extern
Ook bedrijven en organisaties buiten TU Delft die behoefte hebben aan de technisch-wetenschappelijke informatie en expertise van TU Delft, bieden zij informatie op maat over (digitale) producten en diensten. De TU Delft Library verzorgt onder meer documentleverantie, datamining en databases met betrouwbare meetgegevens, die gemakkelijk terug te vinden zijn. Ook kan de bibliotheek literatuuronderzoek over specifieke onderwerpen uitvoeren, of voor uw medewerkers workshops verzorgen over het zoeken naar technisch-wetenschappelijke informatie.

Hij of zij bezoekt u graag om oplossingen voor uw informatiebehoeften uitgebreid met u te bespreken. Hieronder ziet u bij welke accountmanager u terecht kunt.
